Rick Steve's Luther and the Reformation - Download the discussion questions, logos, and photos to make this an engaging intergenerational event for your ministry and households.
Milestones Ministry -The intent of the Reformation Anniversary Milestone Moment is to assist congregations and homes to participate in the ongoing reformation of the church and outreach to a world still in need of God’s grace and mercy and peace. Potter Dawn Deines-Christensen has designed a stone for this also or you can design your own glass bubble as seen here to use as a visual reminder of this anniversary. (Resources to make the glass bubbles can be found here: Luther Rose. 1517. Instructions.)
In addition there is the Reformation Milestone, an opportunity to revisit and read the scripture quoted by Luther and highlighted in Luther's writings in order to equip us to live it out in our everyday lives. This celebration each year reminds us how the Reformation impacted education, language, worship, music, individualism, and an understanding of the church itself, one that extolled the "priesthood of all believers" and the message of the gospel that became crystalized in justification by grace through faith.
